Microservice architecture is used in large and complex software application. The whole application is broken down into a set of services for ease of use, efficiency and to make them easy to understand. The services of the application can have communication mechanisms between themselves, what is known as inter-process communication. This is normally by use of threads. This book explores the microservices architecture in depth Here is a preview of what you'll learn: Java and MicroservicesUsing an API Gateway to build MicroservicesUsing NodeJS and MongoDB to build MicroservicesQBit MicroserviceMonitoring Microservices
The book gave a gernal overview of microservices, code examples, frameworks, and monitoring. I got this "book" today and I've finished it which might sound like an accomplishment if the book didn't try to fit as few words on a page as possible. The text is large and the lines are double spaced. Some of the code examples stretch several pages.
I feel like the content of the book would be better formatted as a blog article.
