Tinribs the robot makes several attempts to build the perfect metal dog, with unexpected results. This description may be from another edition of this product.
I bought this book for myself because the metal art looked interesting, and I wasn't disappointed. It's a big, solid, sturdy book, and definitely worth it at the bargain price if you have an interest in sculpture made from recycled materials. I don't have any kids to help assess the book's appeal to kids. It's not a particularly colourful book, and the images are sort of complicated, so perhaps it wouldn't be of a lot of interest to the toddler crowd. As for the story line, it was just a means to justify the pictures. It wasn't nearly as gripping as "Don't Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus", for example.
