Well this book is probably the best book, I have ever read in my life. Because it helped me change the way, I see life and it is very important; what the message in the book, it is also important to practice, the exercises that are in the book. I do not mean "exercise" to go to the gym, but exercises to help you control your mind and body. I love this book it changed my life and I have giving this book as a gift to many of my friends and close family and it has change the way they see life. So read it and try what it says, on the book and you will see!!!

It changed my life

I was told about this book when I was in college, where I learned many things about what this book talks about.It literaly changed my life, my outlook in life and my disposition. 10 years later I still go back to it everytime I find myself with a problem or a concern. I use it almost like a Bible. It teaches you many things about life. It is Christian Metaphysics but it is written in a way that anybody could apply it to their lives christian or not.

Down to earth language, teaches the basics of Metaphysics

This is the very first book I read about Metaphysics, and even though it's not a very deep study of the matter, it gets to the point of study by giving the reader the basics of Metaphysics. As you read you will learn the easy steps to have a better life and access the great knowledge of the ascended masters. This is a great book to begin a studying journey, and although you'll find yourself reading deeper books, this one's a must when it comes to Metaphysics.
