Lessons in creating reality

Victor Gibbons does a good job of showing how we create the reality we experience. The book mixes quantum physics, metaphor and neuroscience into a theory of how our brains manifest the reality we live in. For the most part his ideas are good and the book can be used in a "self-help" fashion however, some of the terminology is not clear and the diagrams, which Gibbons says he used the techniques listed in the book to create, are not clear at all.
