This is a very important book for any Bible student. One of the best about the Book of Ezequiel. Simple the best.

This book opens up the mystery of the coming Temple of the Lord with a lot of supporting information. Its very easy to read and thoroughly biblical.

Best book of its Kind

I had been corresponding with the author several years before we met in Jerusalem about 1995. Here in his fine book is a detailed analysis of the strange temple described in the closing chapters of Ezekiel. Not only has this temple never been built it is different in many significant ways from either the First or Second Jewish Temples. Schmitt has built scale models of Ezekiel's Temple and conferred with leading rabbis and scholars in Israel. He frequenly lectures on the subject. Most evangelicals believe that Ezekiel's Temple is the final Millennial Temple to be built by Messiah himself. The many interesting features of this temple are worthy of careful study and John Schmitt has contributed greatly by providing us with an excellent resource.

It is JESUS' Temple!

I bought Schmitt's book about two years ago in 1998. I was searchingfor books on Ezekiel's Temple that had illustrations. Schmitt's hasphotos of his temple model, a rare help for the common man. There maybe books out there for rich, government leaders or royalty, but thisis about all that is available for the poor & middle class. Ibelieve Schmitt's model is incorrect in some aspects - walls, rooms,courtyards. I have drawn my own concept of Jesus' Temple, but I haveno capability to put it on the net. Schmitt put half his life intohis model & his studies which is not a little thing. The Templeis NOT a little thing - it is HOLINESS. This Temple is Jesus' throne!....
