One of the best book ever read on mergers and aquisition. It gives you complete detail on not only the valuation of deals but also the minute tax details and complex methodologies. Every concept is supported with an example, which makes understanding of the concept very simple.

This book is a great way to learn about the nitty-gritty of mergers & acquisitions. It offers a variety of methods to examine M & A projects and it uses real-life examples. As opposed to many other texts, it is also very readable. It is one of the few accessible M & A books for neophytes.
