Men's Health Total Fitness Guide 2008 Muscle Chow

Excellent book for anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition and not just nutrition for those of us who exercise a lot. I've purchased 8 of these books so far and gave one to my Cardiologist, one to my Naturopathic doctor both who are experts in nutrition as well as a half a dozen members at the gym that I train at. All thanked me for turning them on to this book. I will continue to recommend it to anyone that I come across - to bad I don't get a kick back - but the benefits are worth much more. Read, re-read, enjoy and get healthly.
