A Much Needed Book on a Little Discussed Subject

I really enjoyed the stories women told about the emotions they felt alongside the changes in their body. There were some lighter fiction pieces as well. The art was terrific. It's so hard to find a good book on what happens with your body later in life. So many books and opinions on pregnancy, but not as much research on perimenopause or menopause.
