I found Peggy's book user friendly to read in the business language that a non-college person like myself can understand. I felt and enjoyed her sense of urgency to get more and more of the manufacturing jobs back here in the states from overseas. I agree, the future is grime if the process she outlined doesn't happen. I recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning about Lean Manufacturing and the importance of applying it. Peggy, when are you going to write your sequel?
