A hidden gem of a book

I know many people who have maintained the same meditation practice for years. For me, routine doesn't work. By chance I came across this book and loved the concept--one new meditation for each week. The author was brilliantly creative in having the reader put themselves in all different kinds of situations (walking, doing the dishes, being out in nature) to experience and practice meditation in many different forms. I suspect by the end of the year, the reader would have a clear idea of what their meditation preferences are and would highly benefit from the varied experiences.
