excellent!

I gave this a five star even though there wasn't a CD included in the book. I received this pretty fast. Thanks for a great job!

Overall in good shape. Corner pages were little messed up; not a big issue. Received before expected. Has loads of medical words I added to my computer's dictionary. I was expecting answers in the back of the book, but there were none. That did not help me.

Excellent book and it includes the CD ROM!

The previous review refers to the 2nd edition. I ordered and received the 3rd edition which DOES INCLUDE the CD ROM. Excellent book! Excellent software!
