Great book for learning medical terminology!

I have learned so much from this book and CD! It's a great tool for learning medical terminology (and believe me, some of the words are VERY long and hard to say!). The book is filled with pictures, tables, activities, and diagrams. It makes learning medical terminology easier! Easy to use and follow, Medical Terminology Systems: A Body Systems Approach has thousands of terms: Prefixes, suffixes, roots, abbreviations, medical, surgical, diagnostic, and pathological terms. The audio CD included helps you pronunce the words correctly. A great book for any medical professional and healthcare student! Recommended!

The book is easy to follow and prepares you to read medical reports and to learn thousands of medical terms, including diagnostic, symptomatic, and surgical terms. The pronunciations help me pronounce words correctly when I talk to the medical staff at the hospital.I recommend this book highly.
