Don't waste your money

Quick and easy is not what this book is at all. It involves pressure canning foods in jars. Packing meals in mylar bags with a can of tomato paste. There is nothing quick and easy in this book. The front cover shows DRY meals in jars and just add water. Title of book is very misleading
