An Easy To Read Book on Basics of Meal Management

Simplicity of the style has impressed me the most about this book. Although a thirteen years old book is considered to be a relic in today's electronic age but I am finding it hard to replace this book as a text in my Introductory Meal Management course. The book provided a framework of contents that a teacher could fill-in with recent knowledge to fulfill the obligations of teaching of a cousre in basic meal management. I commend the author for her excellent work and encourage her strongly to update this excellent book.
