Required reading for early childhood teacher

Although the book was listed as hard cover, it came as a paperback, but either way i needed it for a book study at work. It wasnt a big deal, since just needed to replace the paperback copy that i lost. So far, i have only read a couple of chapters. The book was in really good condition and got to my house quickly, just in time for the next book meeting! LOL!
