Excellent book - (almost) everything you need for 70-238

Writing an IT certification exam preparation book isn't an easy task. A balance has to be kept between "here are the facts - learn this and you'll pass the exam" and "here is the context - the why and how it's done in the real world". I'm an MCT and I've read my share of certification books and I found that the Ruests did a great job of finding that balance in this book. It's thorough, technically accurate and interspersed with the "facts" are real world context descriptions making it very accessible. Service Pack 1 is also covered but it's frequently pointed out that it's not included in the current version of the exam, there's even an appendix dedicated to discussing SP1. Every aspect of Exchange is covered in detail except perhaps PowerShell which could have done with more content. The trial version of Exchange 2007 on the accompanying CD is a nice touch. This is an excellent exam preparation book and I would have given it five stars if there had been more coverage of PowerShell.
