Excelent prep book

Best prep guide for this test. All topics are covered in the academic format that they expect you to know (as opposed to the real world code). This whole series was excellent for the tests. I think this test has been replaced by a new one though (there's been 2 versions of visual studio to come out since it was published), so this book may not be all that viable.
