Mathematics

Delivered Promptly, in good condition. Used, but virtually new. Not a textbook, but a reference. If you need to know something about math, formulas, process, etc. it's in there. Very good.

Handy and helpful but not as complete as it might be.

Best trig reference among the half-dozen or so I checked out at a local land-based bookstore. Not as complete as it might be: did you know there was a law of tangents for oblique triangles? I didn't until today, and neither did the author of this book, apparently. Found a really cool simple useful formula but it was buried in an example. I sure wish I could get my hands on a reference that just had diagrams and long *complete* lists of formulas without all the page-wasting examples! Also the oblique triangle solution formulae weren't as handy as they are in another reference. I'm trying to predict the motion of a 10-pivot scissor hinge...
