My introduction to HIT

This is the first HIT book that I ever bought over 20 years ago. With the help of this book and proper eating I gained over 30 pounds of solid bodyweight and greatly increased my strength, all in just under a year. From that time on I was a firm believer in the principles taught within it's pages. The routines are simple but brutal and the book provides a solid understanding of the strength training method known as HIT or High Intensity Training.
