good introduction to marx

This is a very good source of information on Karl Marx. The majority of the book details his personal and political life. The second half of the book summarizes his theories in regards to both the social and political environment of his time and the changes that have occurred since. It is on an easy-to-understand reading level that can be understood by someone not very familiar with political history. Recommended for a general idea of Marxism. It also includes a short list of further reading.
