This book does not contain techniques for different martial arts or explain how to fight. Rather it goes through a range of different martial arts including kendo, sumo, aikido, ju-jutsu, judo, karate, kung fu and tai chi and explains their origins and history. Some of the information is not completely accurate but it does give a good understanding of all martial arts.
