A book that deals with the issues of marketing in the music industry, and issue that is in my opinion much more important then the music itself. As we all know good music with bad marketing doesn't sell, but average music with aggressive marketing is a market hit. Unfortunately this is how things work, but if you want to make a no1 hit out of good music you mustn't rely only on the quality of the music but engage in aggressive promotion. This book details the process of marketing a certain product from commercials to magazines and so on. A good solid buy for someone interesting in getting known, fast.
