From an Australian perspective

Excellent book, written in easy to understand, layman's terms. I would recommend it for Practice Managers and Physicians. I would love to see this book reedited for other countries. I am in Australia and liked the way the chapter on laws etc in USA was summarised. It would be great to have something similar for here!
