Managing Multimedia Projects

This is an excellent book for the new manager of a multi-media development team. The basic concept behind the book is that multi-media is software. As such, it provides an excellent process model that works for most multi-media projects. It even provides sample projects and describes how each project fits the process.I found it an easy read, and the book has been most helpful in the development of my own multi-media team and our processes. It works. Good stuff!

A helpful guide for multimedia managers

After reading this book I found it very helpful on my job (I am a Webmaster and Multimedia Developments Manager in an University). It helped me to get a "top level view" on multimedia projects and also help me to organize better my ideas, and to have a clear overview of tasks involved in any multimedia development. I really recommend it.
