All you new managers must pick this book up!! it is a great reference to how you deal with day to day operations of management. Even if you are interviewing for a management position, you pick up on a lot of questions they will ask you. Grab the rest of the series !! all are worth it !

It does cover a lot of important issues in a very concise manner, without compromising on the essence. For those who want to go beyond the quick reminders and tips offered in this book...at least, they will have an idea of what they need to look for among the countless books about management.
