A book and a theory that can change your life

This is a groundbreaking book that should be read by anyone and everyone, especially those struggling with their health. As a person living with MS for over 15 years and doing the exercise program described in this book for 13 of those years, I am speaking from experience. Without question this program has given me a life to look forward to. I don't want to even think of what my life would be like today had I not been connected with Irv over a decade ago. Now years later, my family and I would all agree that our decision to invest in this unique health program was worth every single penny! Compared to the the cost of a lifetime of medication and therapy and heartache... I got a bargain. Lucky for you, you can start the program for less than $20 for this book. Get the book. Do the program. You'll be glad you did. I know I am.

Making waves

This book is a beautiful synthesis of the history of our worlds transformation and the sceptics during these periods. Woven throughout this rich history is to understand and appreciate the minds of our great scientists. Those like Dr.Dardick, the ones before him and the ones that will come after him. It compels all of us to appreciate the courage, conviction and passion of scientists who have a dream or vision for a better world and how they continue to push on to serve mankind. Dr Lewin eloquently brings to life this very notion of human creativity and the story of a man who continues to make waves. It is a book that is hard to put down. Reading it makes you feel hopeful and to know that all things are possible.

Intuitive revolutionary idea

As a science writer Roger Lewin has always been on the cutting edge of science and as a gifted writer he has made the most difficult scientific concepts read like a novel. He does it again in "Making Waves." Weaving a biography, science, and the evolution of a revolutionary idea, Lewin hits on a big idea, that we can "cause health" rather than attack disease. Beyond the intellectual argument, the power of "Making Waves" strikes an intuitive chord. In a society where the pace is fast and flat, where we grow ever more disconnected from nature's cycles, intuitively it makes sense that if we recreate cycles of exertion and rest, of action and reflection, that we will be healthier because we are in rhythm with nature. It's provocative to look at life through the lens of waves, cycles rhythms or lack of them--according to Dardik everything is waves. Although controversial, Dardik has to be commended for his tenacity against a lot of resistance. From Galileo to Darwin, new ideas are not received quickly--people resist change when their foundation of beliefs are challenged. But like his predecessors, Dardik perserveres because he has a gem of truth that can revolutionize our world--from cold fusion, metallurgy, to health. This book is a great and fast read and will leave you thinking. It offers ideas for small actions we can all do to get back into sync with ourselves and with nature. And for those with chronic disease it is a ray of hope.

Revolutionary Wellness Program Works

I have had personal experience with Irving Dardik's revolutionary wellness program, and I can vouch for its efficacy. Making Waves tells the story of Dardik's journey to developing a revolutionary approach to health and disease, based on his SuperWave Principle. The Principle is far reaching, and goes far beyond the health/disease realm. It's a terrific read, and details Dardik's struggle with the medical establishment, and his ultimate vindication. I recommend the book to anyone who is interested in learning more about their own body, and about the interconnectedness of nature throughout all of nature. It's a true story, but it's so fantastic that it reads like a novel!

Life Growing Up With Irving Dardik

Being Irving Dardik's daughter has been miraculous not because of his life and world changing ideas that I grown up luckily knowing, but because of the lives I have personally seen him save. The ever changing circle of people that have opened their eyes to the theory, were all forever changed both mentally and physically in ways that conventional science does not think possible. His underlying principle has brought so many to tears of joy, thanking him for what has, and will continue to bring to the world. Because I have personally seen this happen, my review of this book, and my father's theory in general, is not skewed; I base this review on the people he has touched. This biography explains impeccably the journey that my Father had to go through to be recognized, and even more incredibly admired, by renowned physicists all over the world. I highly recommend reading this book to get the full story of what his theory is, and how it works.
