This book is good for a programmer wanting to convert C code to C++ code. The writers show many examples of how to do the same program in C and in C++.It really helped me with cin and cout stuff and formatting.

An excellent book for all users, and not just a reference

This is an excellent book which starts from the very basics of using the Developer Studio IDE and to the most intricate details of C++. Although, some of the terms used are a little daunting for someone new to this type of programming, it is a really good book for someone learning the language.
