Magic isn't just about power...

I found myself loving this manga for the depth of the characters. The main character, Merleawe, is thrust into impersonating the master wizard when she's merely a beginning student who can hardly handle basic spells. This first volume follows her as she is first overwhelmed, then resentful, but finally determined to do her best so that she can protect those around her. Although she lacks in magical skill, her attitude of heartfelt compassion and care for those around her allow her to pull off the impersonation. It's a fun and touching story. I'm looking forward to collecting more in the series.

I've got this book at home, and I am patiently waiting for the next one. NOT. I wish it would come out sooner! I recommend this book! Summary: A girl named Merleawe comes into a city named Viegald, where she will attend a school in order to further inhance her magical abilities.(She needs it)She bumps into a stranger and is whisked away to the castle where she is asked to pose as the best wizard, Sylthfarn, until he returns. She eventually accepts, and learns that just posing as him isn't enough... I hope you buy it!

It's really my first time to review a manga and strange enough... I'm the first to review this AWESOME manga! Merleawe, the main character, wants to become a great wizard. But this determined little wizard student gets mistaken for the HEAD wizard of the kingdom who had been missing. Now she has to be someone she never ever knew! This manga has an interesting and mysterious storyline and very "kawaii"(cute) graphics!!!!! As soon as I saw a preview of it in an anime mag i thought --- I MUST HAVE IT!!!!
