Disappointed in honesty

I received this order today n should have been vol 13-16, but 13 is missing. This was part of a gift for grandson. How will it be remedied?

Wonderful stories and characters

This whole series is so well written. My grandson is so interested in finding out what adventures Jack and Annie will go on next. We finished this series and now are on The Merlin Mission books fron the same series. Absolutely amazing.
