Y de sexo, mejor ni hablamos: cuando tienes cros, tu concepto de pasarlo bien en bolas es ir a la piscina de un chikipark, y echar un polvo maanero es preparar el bibern de la nia. En Madre in Spain me ro de todo esto y de mucho ms porque, admitmoslo, los nios son maravillosos, pero mucho ms cuando son de otros. ENGLISH DESCRIPTION Being a mother is very hard (and being a father, too; here, nobody is exempt). You spend the day washing and ironing and in the end you wind up with overly developed arms like Popeye. When I sit to talk to my friends about movies or television, if someone asks what my favorite program is, I answer "the delicate cycle." I don't go out because I fall asleep at the intersections. My foam party is the kids' bubble bath, and if they crowned me Miss Wet T-shirt, it would only be because of the number of loads of laundry I do. And let's not even talk about sex: when you have kids, your idea of having a good time between the sheets is building a fort in the living room, and "morning action" is preparing the pipsqueak's bottle. In Mother in Spain, I laugh about all this and much more because, let's admit it, children are wonderful, but much more so when they belong to someone else.
