Debut Romance Novel by Nicola McDonald

Love remains elusive for two girlfriends, Celine and Sheria, in Lusting for Love by debut Novelist Nicola McDonald. Sheria doesn't see the bigger picture and is seeking security in hopping from one physical relationship to another. Celine is interested in developing a more lasting relationship with a sensitive, considerate young man named Chris. The story takes an interesting turn when Chris's old girlfriend, Brenda, seduces him and he makes the mistake of falling for her. This is after he has proposed to Celine. Celine similarly starts dating Rob who is hinting at something more serious and dangerous. I like how Celine and Chris come to terms with their lack of faithfulness. I also like how Sheria faces her promiscuity, gets treatment, and finally finds a man interested in a more solid relationship. Lusting for Love is an enjoyable read. I look forward to Ms. McDonald's next book.
