Would not recommend

Although it is somewhat interesting reading, this book is outdated and not as described. All about supplements and hardly anything specific to diet. In my opinion it was a waste of time and money.

Good information to take to your md

I do not like to take any medications and have discussed this with my MD. This book had information I could share with my doctor and work toward no medication. Thanks
