Great for Vegetarian Newbies

This book is a great book for those who are trying vegetarian recipes for the first time. The recipes are easy to follow and all of the ingredients are available at your local grocery store. I serve my family about 2 vegetarian meals a week, and everyone loves the recipes. Also, I have sent one to a friend who was forced to change his diet for health reasons. Going from Snickers to kombu is too big a step for a newbie. Hard core vegetarians would have a problem with this book because there are a few non vegetarian recipes. But this book is not for hard core vegetarians.
