Unwieldy title - Indispensable cookbook

Every recipe I have tried from this book has been delicious. If you can get your hands on a copy it will be well worth the wait. The instructions are easy to follow and the dishes will turn out wonderfully. I unsuspectingly picked up this treasure in a health food store along with my groceries one day and it soon became one of my favorite cookbooks.
