This is a surprising novel especially if you are one to judge a book by its cover. I picked this book up at the grocery store from the sale bin for 50 cents along with many many others. Usually any book that has a cover dipicting a possibly erotic nature I don't bother with, but I thought I would take my mother's advice for once and not judge a book by its cover. I was not dissapointed. This novel actually has a story line.Glorianna and Johnny have known each other since childhood, and because of a wrotten turn of events they are seperated for five years. Upon Glory's return to her home she is faced with trying to peace her life back together with the help of a partner in her ranch, who turns out to be Johnny. Glory isn't surprised that not only has Johnny changed, but so has her hometown of Tombstone. This is a wonderful tale of love, hardship, and hurt feelings all thrown into the middle of the battles between the Clantons and the Earps. This novel will not dissapoint.
For Those Who Say They Don't Like Westerns

For Those Who Say They Don't Like WesternsBright, emotionally charged dialogue between Glory Carpenter and Johnny Love nourish this western set against the background of Tombstone. The reader might benefit from previous knowledge of the famous shootout, but in LOVING GLORY, this hero and heroine would take center stage in any story. Nearly every page has them together, blessedly so, as they work through the uncertainties about their past, the secrets they withhold and their sizzling attraction for each other. In their close living quarters, the characters' sexual tension builds naturally, at pace with their growing familiarity and the genuine conflicts that keeps them at odds. Author Geri Borcz gives us plenty of satisfying physical contact between Glory and Johnny before the deed is done. Ms. Borcz's writing is uncluttered and joyous, amusing or poignant as needed.LOVING GLORY meets the number one requirement of romance. It puts a man and a woman together who fill the needs in each other's lives.
A great Western and a better Romance

Johnny Love is a man to be reckoned with and Gloriana Carpenter is the one to do the reckoning. Set in time just before the famous gunfight at the OK corral, the author moves you through two lives affected by the events leading up to it. The author paints a picture that is easily seen in your mind's eye and draws emotions that are felt in your heart. A truly wonderful read.
