Tactfully Writen

This is a good book. The author tackles a subject that few in the church are willing to tackle... how to handle confrontation. The author has a slow start of developing her point, but after Chapter 1 her point becomes clearer and she provides biblical points about dealing with people in relationships when there is a confrontation. In addition to how to maintain confidentiality and searching ones on motives during such times. This book is definitely a spiritual growth book, and should, at some point in ones Christian walk, be read, especially if you are in ministry.
