An excellent and heart-warming book.

This is a very emotional story that concludes the trilogy. Effie is kidnapped at the beginning, but she is safe after much worry by her family. Martha decides to send Effie to stay with Joseph & his wife Amy in New Mexico until the kidnappers' are caught. In New Mexico, Effie's story comes to a bittersweet conclusion, and you will feel the sadness of her family, and also rejoice with them as they say goodbye to their "bent-winged" angel.
