Can we sit and see eye to eye for a moment? I didn't want to tell you this story because if I did I would have to live into my fate; it's hard for me to set aside the weight of it all. I sent it to you because I know wisdom flows through you like a river through the woods; to understand my story you have to understand the wisdom of the river, soft and nurturing yet, swift, dangerous, ever flowing. Each of these events actually took place, and though I've dreamt it would pay off in the end, I'm humbled by the way I arrived. When you read my story you might be tempted to think the worst of people, of me, remember that I wrote this in black and white; we live in a world of many colors. I could write the entire thing again in red and you would see it from a completely different view. To process the anger I paint hearts, on the outside others see beauty, on the inside I've been harboring pain. As each of these lifetimes unfolded all I could do was learn to breathe. The river is love. Love is the easiest, and most difficult emotion to contain. Each person in this story is a reflection, an image I created on my quest to find you. Love them; they are the angels that carried me.
