THIS LITTLE BOOK OF LOVE LETTERS, IS INDEED A ROMANTIC TREASURY!!

This book is one of my favorites, eventhough, it is a very small book, a miniature edition, I just love it! The title and cover of this book is what inspired me to buy it. I highly recommend this book! You will want to read it more than once! If you love romance, and history, and love letters, YOU WILL LOVE THIS AMAZING, LITTLE BOOK! I also loved the beautiful & colorful and romantic illustrations used, all through out the book! This book is a awesome collection of heartfelt quotations, excerpted from love letters & poems from famous people, who lived so long ago, and from people we don't even know! As you are reading this book, you noticed right away how all consuming, and wonderful love can be! In this book there is quotations of love letters & poems from: NAPOLEON BONAPARTE (c. 1769-1821) to JOSEPHINE BONAPARTE HENRY VIII (1491-1547) to ANNE BOLEYN JOHN KEATS(1795-1821) to FANNY BRAWNE ROBERT BROWNING(1812-1889) to ELIZABETH BARRETT BROWNING EDITH BOLLING GALT(1872-1961)to WOODROW WILSON [THOMAS E.]LAWRENCE OF ARABIA (1888-1935) And the list goes on, there are so many more, some of my favorites are the following: {To PETER ABELARD: I have your picture in my room. I never pass by it without stopping to look at it; and yet when you were present with me, I scarce ever cast my eyes upon it. If a picture which is but a mute representation of an object can give such pleasure, what cannot letters inspire? They have souls, they can speak, they have in them all the force which expresses the transport of the heart; they have all the fire of our passions.... From: HELOISE (c.1098-1164)} { The feeling of separation, what is there to say But that the heart is an endless river of stars. -WEN T'ING-YUN (c. 813-870)} If you are a hopeless romantic like me, who loves romance, and love stories, and especially love stories of long ago, YOU WILL LOVE THIS AMAZING, MINIATURE LITTLE BOOK!!
