Awesome marriage book

This is a must-have book for every wife. The author is very engaging as she helps women understand how to really love their husbands "extravagantly." I could not put this book down. Very well written and full of useful information.

Not Your Ordinary Marriage Book

I am reading Love Extravagantly now and it is a blessing. My husband and I teach a young marrieds class at our church. Since we grew up in the "Leave it to Beaver" days and reared our children in that same mode, this book is helping me better understand modern marriages and some of the various family situations and adjustments our students are facing. The authors address these issues with compassion and practical suggestions. I recommend this book not only for couples but for their parents as well.

I have just started reading this new release and have already decided to recommend it heartily to couples, counselors and churches. Love Extravagantly is divided into sections according to issues modern marriages face: career, finances, x-spouse, stepfamily, and personal issues like expectations, dysfunctions and various emotional conditions. Lots of personal stories make quick reading. Practical tips at the end of each chapter give the reader something to take away and use.The appendix bonus at back of the book offers a reference for personality tests, communication exercises, a directory of professional contributors, advice for selecting a therapist and even a recipe for a winning waffle mix. The reference feature, excellent preface, insights and numerous stories makes the book worth buying!
