Louis Pasteur was a famous French scientist who lived in the nineteenth-century. Pasteur tried to find cures for diseases. He even developed a vaccine for antrax and rabies that we still use today. I like how Pasteur was a very good artist when he was a boy. He used his drawing skills when he became a scientist. I can not believe that his teacher considered this brillant man to be a slow learner when he started school. I like the illustrations because the illustrator makes the pictures look like oil paintings. I learned a lot from this book. ...
