This book is a wonderful story of a young lady in the Navy. It has lots of information for anyone thinking about joining the Navy. It will make you laugh, cry, and help you to understand what these young brave women and men go though daily while living and working on an aircraft carrier. Having both a son and daughter in the Navy, it really gave me a feel of what life is like for them. Although it was written a few years ago, the book demonstrates that women have proven their worth and are an integral part of the United States Navy today.
