A must for all who are living with persons with depression

Mike gives a riveting insight into the life of a depressed person - anyone who has contact with people living with depression will gain a lot in understanding this condition much better. For those suffering from depression the book not only gives a lot of insight, but people will also find comfort in the fact that he or she is not alone.This is not a textbook on depression, but an autobiography

Excellent

I admire Mike's courage in writing this book. I have been battling from depression for over two years and I know what he means by going to hell and back. Mine is nowhere near as severe as his was. But, I recognize a lot of common ground. My hat's off to his wife and everything she went through in supporting him. Gives new meaning to "for better or for worse." She's a true saint.
