I have recommended this book to so many people. Here is why: it is the ONE AND ONLY fitness book that I have ever come across that literally lays out an entire 30-Day diet. From breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner to each and every day's weight and cardio program. It makes it SO EASY !! The author doesn't get too "technical" on anything, so it keeps it short and to the point. He just lays it out for you. All you need to do - which I guarentee seldom will ... is to have the discipline to do it day-in and day-out for 30 days. (including weekends!!) I have a 33 inch waist when I am "out of shape", I can shed 2 to 2 1/2 inches on my waist in 30 days when I do this program. I can only imagine what it could do for someone who actually has love handles or a "belly" issue. Get this book, take 20 minutes to read it from start to finish ... and then go grocery shopping and get the first weeks list of foods. (very basic stuff!!)
