This is a sister volume to 'London's Livery Companies' and 'London's Inns of Court' - they, along with 'London's Pall Mall Clubs', are all quaint and quirky quintessentially English institutions that the three books describe, analyse, and explore. The Clubs have a history stretching back into the eighteenth-century and have seen many close over the 250 years or so, but at present they seem to be in good shape for the new century.
