Lois Burpee-a great cook, gardener and a wonderful person

Lois Burpee was the daughter in-law of the founder of the Burpee Seed Co. She was a truly wonderful person and an excellent and knowledgeable cook and gardener. She passes on her wealth of practical knowledge in this book and it is a must have for any cook that uses alot of vegetables in their cooking.
