There is a small bridge between wholesome peace and mindful comprehension. Its even harder when so many things distract, and try to interrupt your mentality, especially when you are aware of the need to explore your mentality, but your emotions and understandings can't let you be. This book is for those people that are very much like me. Aware of the sadness's temporary hold, but still feel like it's permanent.
