Not a waste of money, but nor worth $30

some good ideas, but not worth the original price.

A good book for those stating the process of self sufficency

This is a very good book for pointing people twords the path of self-sufficence. It is a general guide book that will allow people to get an idea of the trials and joys to be found in the back to the land movement. It is a starter book. The topics are general, and specic information is left to more specialized manuals. But for those who are beginng to think about taking an alternative to the "rat race" this book should give a good jump start.
