Living Each Day- A masterpiece

Rabbi Twerski writes a magnificent book. Taking a passage from Hebrew texts, he applies it to modern, everyday life. The book is not preachy or moralistic. It deals with what plagues all of us: resentment, loss, grief, joy, envy and helps us come to grips with the fact that human beings cannot ever be perfect and that we should embrace our imperfections and use them as springboards for spiritual growth.

Dr. Rabbi Twerski has the distinction of being the country's only Chasidic psyhicatrist. He has been intimately involved with recovering alcoholics and he knows them well.
