Short, Insightful - A Gem in Teaching Orthodox Liturgy

Fr. Schmemann was one of the last century's truly great Orthodox theologians. His work on liturgical reflections and education is bar none. This small book (112 pages) is great as a Christian Education program guide or for personal edification. After reading this book, one will no more than the basic rites and traditions, such as incensing, progressions, etc., but will have an understanding on why Orthodox worship is a personal and yet, corporate worship. A spectacular read!
